A 46-year-old femal presented  with a 2 months of left L3 pian. Clinica examination :PTR decreased. MRI show free disk fragment at L4-5 with moving up compressing L3 nerve root.

A 57-year-old man presented to Medic with 2 months of left leg pain without conservative therapy. MRI show bilateral lumbar stenonis with DH more nerve compressing on the left-side at L4-5. I do bilateral fenestration L4-5, but only removing disk on the left-side.

A 41-year-old female presented to MEDIC with 2 months of LBP and right leg pain. Her right calf was atrophy. MRI show L5-S1 free disk fragment.
