7-5-2011, L5-S1 HARD DH

A 36-year-old male presented with 2y LBP right S1 pain. He had history of cervical spinal cord lesion ( myelitis) 4 year ago. Athough We dont see DH on MRI but I found that there was hard DH at this level.
