21-06-2011, L5-S1, Free disk fragment.

A 41-year-old female presented to MEDIC with 2 months of LBP and right leg pain. Her right calf was atrophy. MRI show L5-S1 free disk fragment.

She felt numbness postoporaetion, but without any leg pain.
