29-4-2011, L5-S1 T2WI look like free disk but.. not

History: A 38-year-old femal presented with a 2 -month history of right pain S1 dermatomal patternm. Recently, her symptoms have become progresive, she couldnt sleep last night. Examination Ankle tendon reflex 2/4, positive traight leg raise at 30.
Pre- surgegy Imaging On axial T2WI it look like free disk fragment, but T1WI and sagittal we dont see it. Infactly, there was not free disk, that only protrusion disk with lateral stenosis. Post-operation She felt no leg pain post-operatopn.

28-4-2011 HARD DISK HERNIATED L5-S1

The patient is 25 year-old male with a 8 months history of low back pain and radiates in the S1 distribution, left leg pain and cafve atrophy, ankle tendon reflex decreased. An MRI of the lumbar spine reveals a large, subligamentous left paracentral herniated nucleus pulposus at L5-S1 with compression of the left S1 nerve root.

19-4-2011 Subligment DH L4-5

A 40- year-old male presented right leg S1 pain for 2 months, she report that she can not sleep, the pain was wore when lied down and when walked , but had litte pain when she sit, I operated this level, the disk herniated locate subligament at the shouder of S1 nerve. we can see scoliosis to right sides.

15-4-2011,LSS4-5, WEAKNESS

A 42 year-lod male, 2 moths with right leg weakness afer accident, no leg pain. EHL 2/4. MRI show DH L4-5, but in actually, there was bugle disk and hypertrophic liagment. He felt strong leg afer operation.




15-4-2011, L4-5,L5-S1 DH

A 24 year-old male, pain in bilateral buttocks ( R>L). He can not sleep with stright legs. whole disk was damaged at L5-S1, DH L4-5 at right. After operation he sleep well.
