11-04-11, recurrent DH, in the other side

A 38 year-old female, she had right fenestraion L4-5 in 2007, 5 days with left leg pain L5. although we had oprerated at other side, but it have also effected on the left. The scar tissue was addhesive structures. We must find the lame L4-L5 first, then step by step we decompresse the scar tussues. This case had fragment DH moving up, because L5 nerve was addhevised with ligment and epidural so it cant move down.
