2-4-2011, L4-5, DH at neck nerv L5

A 32 year-old femal, 3 days with right L5 pain. She can not sleep 2 nights. She has visited 2 doctors who where requested for LIP fusion surgery. In my opinion, I think we dont need to do it, we can see a small disk prolape at right side L4-5, It was a fact that I saw a pragment disk at neck location of L5. The bilateral facet was hypertrophic stenosis on MRI, but I only did fenestration at right side. She have not pain after operation.
