5-2-2011, DH L4-5, WITHOUT COMPRESSION L4,L5

A 44 year-old male, he had left L5 pain for 1 week, but only numbness and little pain before operation. MRI show big fragment of DH, actually I did not see compression L4 or L5, this fragment have been located betweenL4 and L5 nerve. That symptom may be caused by inflamation.
