13-4-2011 POSTLATERAL DH L4-5

A 45 year- old female, 3 months with LBP and left L4 pain. MRI finding at L4-5 same to be foraminal DH, but in actually, it was lateral stenosis with hypertrophic flavum ligament and bulge disk.
