28-4-2011 HARD DISK HERNIATED L5-S1

The patient is 25 year-old male with a 8 months history of low back pain and radiates in the S1 distribution, left leg pain and cafve atrophy, ankle tendon reflex decreased. An MRI of the lumbar spine reveals a large, subligamentous left paracentral herniated nucleus pulposus at L5-S1 with compression of the left S1 nerve root.

this case has visited 1 months postoperation, he still numnbess his foot. I think that I didnt take all hard disk part.
